Innovation Challenge
​I was awarded for my invention of ECOTEX that is a sustainable textile that eliminates microplastics that are found in synthetic textiles. I was one of the top winners in the NDSU Innovation Challenge 2019. I learned a tremendous amount during this journey, for example:

Researched how microplastics are causing a huge negative impact on your planet and even our own bodies

Presented invention in front of hundreds of individuals and entrepreneurs

Designed an innovated product to make a huge positive impact on the planet

Emerging Leadership Program
​I was privileged enough to be interviewed and selected to be apart of the first ever Emerging Leadership Program at North Dakota State University. I was selected because I showed leader characteristics and have showed true leadership not just on my university's campus but also within the community. Within the program my peers and I:

TOMS Club
A huge passion of mine is helping others and doing so through organizations to make it easier for others to be able to help those in need. TOMS Club was inspired by the famous apparel brand that pay-it-forwards with their one-for-one mission. I was honored enough to hold a position in the club and my duties included:
